We are a Massachusetts-based manufacturing company upgrading from Epicor Vantage 8.03 on-premises to Epicor Kinetic Cloud.
We are looking for a hands-on consultant with strong Epicor Kinetic accounting and finance implementation experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment. The focus will be on finance-related configuration, GL controls, DMT data cleanup/upload support, master file review, AP/AR/cost accounting testing, and go-live readiness.
This is not just a technical upgrade — we are also cleaning up legacy data, reviewing processes, and improving how we use the system.
Ideal experience includes:
· Epicor Kinetic accounting and finance modules
· Manufacturing ERP implementations
· GL controls, product groups, part classes, cost accounting, AP, AR, and company configuration
· DMT export, cleanup, and upload processes
· Vantage experience helpful
· Experience working with SSRS reports, including report review, troubleshooting, and modification
· Massachusetts/Northeast location helpful but not required
Estimated need is 3 to 6 months, approximately 20 to 40 hours per month. We are looking for an independent consultant rather than a larger consulting firm.
