Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Full-Time, Day Shift)
Pay Range: $30–$36 per hour, based on experience, certifications, and demonstrated skill level

What You’ll Do
· Perform MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel components
· Execute 6G pipe and structural welds to code and blueprint specifications
· Read and interpret complex drawings, weld symbols, and fabrication instructions
· Maintain tight tolerances and high cosmetic/structural quality standards
· Inspect welds for quality and conformance to company and industry standards
· Collaborate with fabrication, machining, and quality teams to meet production goals
· Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
What We’re Looking For
· Proven MIG and TIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
· Ability to pass a 6G weld test (required)
· Strong blueprint reading and measuring skills
· Experience with precision or high-spec work (aerospace, medical, or industrial manufacturing preferred)
· Knowledge of weld inspection tools and quality standards
· Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented with strong attention to detail
· High school diploma or trade school certification preferred
