Artisan Industries recently exhibited at CPHI Americas 2025, held at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia. As a leading supplier of separation and purification solutions, we were proud to connect with pharmaceutical and bioprocessing professionals from across the globe.

Showcasing the ROTOTHERM® MINI and Continuous Processing Solutions
At Booth 1153, our team introduced attendees to the ROTOTHERM® MINI, a continuous lab-scale evaporator and dryer built for product development, scale-up, and process optimization. The MINI uses the same thin-film separation technology as our full-scale systems, offering a seamless transition from R&D to production.
Visitors also explored how Artisan’s technologies are supporting advanced processing applications, including:
- Thin-Film Evaporation for heat-sensitive APIs and viscous, foaming, or fouling materials
- Single-pass Liquid-to-Powder Drying that reduces CapEx and OpEx while preserving product quality
- Process Intensification and Sustainability through reduced energy use, improved yield, and continuous operation
The ROTOTHERM® MINI drew strong interest from those seeking to modernize R&D workflows, accelerate tech transfer, and implement continuous processing in both pharmaceutical and specialty chemical manufacturing.
Meet the Team
Artisan’s team on-site included Csky Silva, Global Business Development Manager, Liron Feldman, Technical Sales Specialist, and James Steeves, VP of Technology & Innovation. Together, they spoke with attendees about real-world applications, pilot programs, and how Artisan’s solutions can meet the needs of both emerging startups and established manufacturers.
Innovation Theater Spotlight: Csky Silva’s Session on Continuous Evaporation
One of the highlights of the show was Csky Silva’s Innovation Theater presentation, where she delivered an engaging session on “Continuous Evaporation and Drying in Pharma: Scale-Up Strategies with Thin-Film Technology.” She discussed the growing demand for streamlined, scalable processes in pharmaceutical manufacturing and shared insights on how Artisan’s equipment bridges the gap between bench-scale testing and commercial production.

The session attracted a broad audience of formulation scientists, engineers, and tech transfer professionals looking to implement continuous methodologies into their operations.
