Large & Heavy Machining & Fabrication
Artisan has extensive experience working with many types of metals

With over 110,000 total square feet of production space, high bays, and impressive material handling capacity, Artisan can fabricate large, heavy, or complex products. Our machining centers and skilled machinists can handle the most demanding work. We have assembled pieces resulting in weight over 20 tons, and systems with footprints of 10 ft. × 27 ft. and heights of 47 ft.

stainless steel, Hastelloy®, Inconel®, Monel®, and titanium.

Weld Expertise

A large portion of our work is done to ASME pressure vessel codes and military and industrial specifications using the following welding processes:

  • FCAW – Flux Cored Arc Welding
  • GMAW – Gas Metal Arc Welding, also known as MIG welding
  • GTAW – Gas Tungsten Arc Welding, also known as TIG welding or Heli-Arc. GTAW Orbital Welding to 4″ OD
  • SAW – Submerged Arc Welding
  • SMAW – Shielded Metal Arc Welding, also known as stick welding
